This tea works well to clean out the colon/ produce a bowl movement. It hasn’t helped me to lose any weight. I use it once or twice a week when I become constipated. In less than eight hours I was able to obtain results. Stay close to a restroom. The extra Strength is no joke- It will blow you out lol. I guess if you take it after each meal as it suggests; it could possibly cause you to lose some weight due to the fact your food will most likely not be able to digest properly but instead pushed right out of your body. I’ve never used it as suggested. Happy cleaning.

This is a good tea. I like the taste of it, but it is not an appetite suppresant. It does loosen your stools (to put it mildly). In that way it helps you to loose water weight, but not any less hungry. I have already bought this twice if you like green tea you will like the flavor of this.

Its a decent product. It will make you p**p a lot and it will smell a little funny. It is great if you want a natural laxative though. Dont over steep it and make sure you always drink a lot of water.

My family really likes this product…we don’t use it as a dietary supplement…we use it as a colon cleanser!!!!Its great, we take one cup of tea a least once every week and half…You need to stay close to home as this tea will make you cringe in pain from the spasms as your intestines try to eliminate…Happy Cleansing!!!

I bought this tea, and I drank a cup of it in the afternoon. I ended up staying awake until 4 am with terrible stomach pains, and diarrhea.
I looked up each of the ingredients, and they are all just different variations of the senna plant. Which is a powerful laxative that really shouldn’t be taken consistently. It should be used for acute constipation, and that’s about it.
I think this company is very irresponsible. selling a laxative as a weight loss product is just stupid.
